Visa

• Visa Approval is strictly subject to immigration solely.
• If flight is booked already and visa approval is delayed by immigration, we will not be liable for flight cancellation.
• Visa cannot be cleared once rejected by Immigration and amount is non-refundable.
• In case of Overstay, penalty of USD 1535 will be imposed and must be payable by Customer/Agent.
• In case passenger is involved in any illegal activity, all fines & penalties must be payable by agent.

Flight Booking Cancellation

At Sarkar Travels, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy for flight bookings is governed by the airline rules and fare conditions associated with the ticket purchased.

• Airline Rules Applicable: All cancellations are subject to the fare rules and policies of the respective airline. Some tickets may be non-refundable or partially refundable depending on the airline.
• Cancellation Request: Customers must submit cancellation requests through our website, customer support email, or customer care number.
• Cancellation Charges: Airline cancellation charges will apply as per the airline policy. In addition, Sarkar Travels may charge a service fee for processing cancellations.
• No Show Policy: If a passenger does not show up for the flight, the booking will be treated as a No Show, and refunds (if any) will depend entirely on the airline's policy.
• Partial Cancellation: If only some passengers cancel from a booking, the airline's partial cancellation policy will apply.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed after receiving confirmation from the airline.

Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to airline fare rules. Some discounted or promotional tickets may be non-refundable.
• Processing Time: Refunds generally take 7–15 working days after approval from the airline. Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
• Service Fee Deduction: Any service fees or convenience charges charged by Sarkar Travels may be non-refundable.
• Refund for Cancelled Flights: If an airline cancels a flight, passengers may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling, depending on the airline policy.
• Refund in Case of Technical Errors: If a booking fails due to technical issues but payment is deducted, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 working days.

Site and Its Contents

This Site is only for your personal use. You shall not distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video, for any business, commercial or public purpose. As long as you comply with the terms of these Terms and Conditions of Use, Sarkar Travels grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, view and use this Site.

Ownership

All materials on this Site, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons and such like (the "Content"), are protected by copyright under international conventions and copyright laws. You cannot use the Content, except as specified herein. You agree to follow all instructions on this Site limiting the way you may use the Content.

User Rights

If this Site contains bulletin boards, chat rooms, access to mailing lists or other message facilities, you agree to use them only to send and receive proper and related messages. You shall not:

• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate legal rights of others
• Publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material
• Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files or similar software that may damage another's computer
• Delete author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations in uploaded files

User's Material

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening or unlawful material that could constitute or encourage criminal conduct or give rise to civil liability.

Sarkar Travels assumes no liability for contents of any communications containing defamatory, erroneous, inaccurate, libellous, obscene or profane material. We may change, edit, or remove any user material that violates our policies.

Sarkar Travels will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities or court orders requesting disclosure of identity of anyone posting such materials.

Agency Terms & Conditions

• Payment for weekly credit tickets must be made within 6 days of week closing (1st to 7th of month) or as per notified collection period.
• Voiding charges: airline norms plus Rs.100/- per ticket as Sarkar Travels RAF Charges.
• Refund charges: airline norms plus Rs.200/- per ticket as Sarkar Travels RAF Charges.
• Service charges levied must be collected from customers on our behalf.
• Any voidation/cancellation of tickets will be entertained only till 1800 Hrs.
• Late payment may result in cancellation of all PNR's/Tickets without prior notice.
• TDS will be deducted as per law on all commissions/incentives. TDS certificate issued in next Financial Year.
• Advance amounts are non-interest bearing and must be utilized within 360 days. Unutilized amounts held in trust for 2 years before forfeiture.
• Refund requests must be made within 90 days of departure/check-in date. No refunds after 90 days.
• Interest rate of 0.1% per day applies for payments made after 7 days of due date.

Materials on this site are provided "As Is" without warranties of any kind. Sarkar Travels disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose to the fullest extent permissible by law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free functions, virus-free servers, or accuracy of materials derived from other service providers like airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Sarkar Travels provides intermediary services only. We are not responsible for services provided by airlines, hotels, or tour operators. Our liability is restricted to maximum INR 1000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only).

General Provisions

Travel to certain destinations involves greater risks entirely at your cost and consequences. Consult local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions before booking international destinations.

Disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator appointed by Sarkar Travels Online, with venue in Mumbai and proceedings in English.

These terms are governed by laws of the Republic of India and subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Mumbai, India.

Declaration

You warrant that neither you nor your stakeholders, directors, or Ultimate Beneficial Owners are on OFAC, SDN, OFSI, EU, UN, or Blocked Persons lists. You must immediately inform Sarkar Travels if placed on any such lists.
